Both born and raised in Southern California and having spent most of their lives in the High Desert, Leanne and Chad have a special connection to the place they call home. Their work is personal—it’s about listening, connecting, and offering thoughtful, down-to-earth support every step of the way. Outside of work, Leanne and Chad enjoy antiquing, camping, gardening, traveling, and making time for memories with their family, friends, and their dearest loved ones.
